  Notes	Conley William Fisher, 69, of Orwell, Ohio, died Tuesday at Reston Hospital. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at Green Valley Baptist Church in Cedarville by Pastor Hoover Heflin. Mr. Fisher was born in 1939, in Webster Springs, W.Va., son of the late Carl Dow and Violet Fisher. He was the owner and operator of a trucking company in Orwell. Surviving are his wife, Cosby Arlda Fisher; a daughter, Terry Clark of Front Royal; a son, Rocky Wallen of Front Royal; a sister, Janet Reems of Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, Jim Fisher and Carl D. Fisher, Jr., both of Pasadena, Md.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel in Winchester.
