  Notes	Billy McQuain, age 92, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Colonial Place in Elkins, WV. He was born November 28, 1923 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Edward H. and Minnie E. McQuain. On March 4, 1978 he married Ollena Mae Dean who preceded him in death on May 29, 2013. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Ronald James McQuain; one brother, Homer McQuain and three sisters, Laura Jean Miller, Mary Maxine Wycoff and Frances Irene Warner. He is survived by one son, Mark McQuain and wife Karen of Australia; three daughters, Shirley Lee and husband Allen and Wilma Riffle all of Buckhannon and Vickie Harmon and husband Scott of Richmond, VA; two step daughters, Deanna Sue Vincent and Patricia Poling and husband Roger all of Buckhannon and six grandchildren. Mr. McQuain retired from the U.S. Army as a Staff Sgt. in 1969. He was a Postal Worker for the U.S. Postal Service and a Protestant by faith. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 11 AM in the Buckhannon Veterans Cemetery in Buckhannon. The Upshur County Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the graveside.
