  Notes	Joey Alan Miller, 42, of Hollywood, MD died on Monday, April 21, 2003 at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. He was born on August 25, 1960 in Webster Springs, WV, the son of Iris Joan Marcum Miller of Elkridge, MD and the late Bobbie Joe Miller. Joey served his country in the United States Navy from May 23, 1983 until February 28, 1993. He received the following decorations, the Navy Rifle Marksmanship Ribbon Expert, Navy Pistol Marksmanship Ribbon Expert, Coast Guard Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon 4, and the Navy Achievement Medal. His rank at time of separation was a Lieutenant. In 1991 he moved to St. Mary?s County from Monterrey, CA. He was a member of the Lexington Park United Methodist Church, Lexington Park, MD. He worked as an Aeronautical Engineer for the US Government. Joey loved baseball and the Baltimore Orioles. He enjoyed music and playing the piano. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Frankie Jean Starcher Miller whom he married on December 18, 1994 in Ridge, MD, three sons, Joseph Timothy Miller of Topsham, MA, Camden Tully Miller and Casey Franklin Miller both of Hollywood, MD, a sister, Joanie Ellen Metzger of Elkridge, MD. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Organization for Rare Diseases, Adenoid Cystic Restricted Fund, 100 Rt. 37, P.O. Box 8923, New Fairfield, CT 06812-8923.
