  Notes	Mrs. Tiny Cogar Massie, 41 of Charlotte, formerly of Gauley Bridge, died Sunday, December 12 in Charlotte, NC, following an extended illness. She was an elementary school counselor for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System. She was a member of the NCAE and several state and national counseling societies. Surviving: husband, William L., son, William Lee II at home; mother, Mrs. Gay Cogar of Dixie; sisters, Mrs. Helen Morris of Gauley Bridge, Mrs. Marie Walker of Racine, Ohio, Mrs. Jo Ann Vance of Sanford; brothers, Gerald Cogar of Ravenswood, Harold Cogar of Dixie. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Combs Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, with the Rev. Willie Sheppard and the Rev. Don Walker officiating. Interment followed in the Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
