  Notes	Phyllis Jean Self Kisner, 83, of Core, WV died Thursday, July 19, 2012 in the Tygart Center in Fairmont, WV. She was born February 18, 1929 at Calvin, WV, a daughter of the late William "Bill" Lawson and Ada W. Hickman Lawson. Mrs. Kisner was a retired LPN having retired from Monongalia General Hospital. After her retirement from the hospital she worked for REM West Virginia for a number of years. Surviving are two sons and their spouses, Steven Self and his wife Tammy of Jakes Run, and Phillip Wayne Self; two daughters and their husbands, Pamela K. Eddy and her husband Ronald of Core, and Karen Ball; one brother, William Wayne Lawson; two sisters, JoAnn Fredrick and Billie Brush; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, Stevie Self. At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated and their will not be any services. The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
