He was a Baptist and Navy veteran of World War II and retired from B&O Railway. Surviving: wife, Helen Marie Ayers Williams; sons, Clarence of Summersville, Jerry Allen of Crestview, Fla., Keith of Camden on Gauley; daughters, Dora Jean Boggs of Franklin, Ida Mae Grubb of Baltimore, Judith Ann Baker of Arizona; brother, Gene of Cowen; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Adams Funeral Home, Cowen, with the Rev. Okey Wayne officiating. Burial will be in West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
