  Notes	Ruth M. Wheeler Mrs. Ruth M. Wheeler, 68, of Nitro passed away December 22, 2009, in St. Francis Hospital after a long illness. Ruth was a 40-year resident of Nitro and a former hostess at Bob Evans restaurant in Cross Lanes, and attended Twin City Bible Church, Nitro. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucian and Delsie Nicely; and her loving husband of 40 years, James Wheeler. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Joyce Cooper and husband, Roger, of Dunbar and Sharon Krasyk and fiancé, Bill Whittaker, of Nitro; her brother, Joe Nicely of Glendale, Ariz.; two grandsons, Jimmy Cooper and C. J. Krasyk; and one great-grandson, Gauge Cooper. A celebration of Ruth's life will be 2 p.m. Sunday, December 27, at Twin City Bible Church with Pastor Scott Bandy officiating. Ruth will be buried beside her husband, James, in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens on Monday. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Sunday.
