  Notes	Lucy Frances Brown Williams, 88, of Cowen and formerly of Replete, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004 at Summersville Memorial Hospital due to an extended illness. She was born April 10, 1916, in Marpleton, W.Va., the daughter of the late Elias Brown and Rebecca Brown. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Clyde Williams, three brothers: George Issac Brown, Charles Brown and Fred Brown; two sisters: Ella P. Smith and Bessie Higgens; and great-grandson Brian Bailey. Surviving are four sons: Carl Williams of Buckhannon, Archie Williams of Cleveland, Cecil Williams of Jerry's Run and Frankie Williams of Hacker Valley; two step-sons: Kenneth Bailey of Ohio and James Bailey of Maryland; three daughters: Winnie Queen and Ruby Helmick both of Buckhannon and Frances Williams of Diana; brother Clarence Brown of Weston; four sisters: Osie Skeens of Seville, Ohio, Malinda Hall of Diana, Edith Moats and Opal Schrader both of Medina, Ohio; 20 grandchildren; one step-grandchild; 13 great-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nine step-great-great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker and a Protestant by faith, attending several area churches. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30 at the funeral home with the Rev. Ed Groves of Craigsville officiating. The burial will follow at the Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Replete.
