  Notes	Martha Agnes Frame Sigman Martha Agnes Frame Sigman, 82, of Birch River, W.Va., died Jan. 26, 2004, in Summersville Memorial Hospital, Summersville, W.Va., following a short illness. She was born March 30, 1921, in Braxton County, W.Va., the daughter of the late Lewis B. and Dora Ann Stewart Frame. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Verl B. Sigman; and one son, John Lewis Sigman. Mrs. Sigman was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church; and a homemaker. She is survived by five sons, Roland ?Jake? Sigman of Strange Creek, W.Va., Kenneth Sigman of Mount Nebo, W.Va., Steven Sigman of Birch River, W.Va., Thomas Sigman of Sutton, W.Va., and Larry Sigman of Columbus, Ohio; four daughters, Rufena Coen of Vermillion, Ohio, Sharon Strickland of Birch River, W.Va., Karen Butcher of Strange Creek, and Nancy Bail of Birch River; two brothers, Paul and Bill Frame of Strange Creek; one sister, Dortha Loving of Mount Lookout, W.Va.; and nephew, Dale Carte of Birch River. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2004, at Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton, W.Va., with the Rev. Kenneth Adkins officiating. Burial will be in the Walker Cemetery, Keeners Ridge. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004, at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements are by Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton.
