Born May 21, 1940, at Widen, he was the son of the late French and Bonnie Meadows Frame. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Edward and Roger Frame, and sister, Jane Sanford.
He was an auto mechanic and a Methodist by faith.
Surviving: two brothers and their wives, Desmond and Lee Frame of Shinnston and Jerry and Susie Frame of Hominy Falls; three sisters and their husbands, Faye and Jennings Propps and Judy Meadows, all of Summersville, and Iris and Jimmy Spencer of Persinger; nieces and nephews, Donna, Frances, Jamie, Roger Ray, Kimberly, Tammy, Tressa, Delma Jo, Marty, Kristen and Adam; great-nieces and -nephews, Heather, Stevie, Mikey, Brandon, Kayla, Brian, Sara, Alexis, Matthew, William, Rusty and Kaden; and special friends, Jake and Dwila Brown.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Waters Funeral Chapel, Summersville, with Pastor Herbert Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Strange Creek.
