Age 94, of Harrison Township, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014 at Vancrest of Eaton. Kathryn was a member of the United Christian Church in Englewood. She retired from the Northridge Board of Education with 22 years of service and she was an Avon representative for 25 years. She was a member of the American Business Association and an active CB'er using the handle "Falcon Lady." Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Dunlap, Sr. in 1989; one daughter, Sandra Lee Bennett; and by one sister, Helen Snider. She is survived by her son, John E. "Jack" (Diana) Dunlap, Jr.; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and by her brother, Robert (Mabel) Thompson.Funeral service will be held at1:30 p.m., Monday (7/14) at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, Northridge Chapel, 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road, Dayton. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends from 12:30 - 1:30 pm Monday at the Martin Funeral Home. If friends desire, contributions may be made in memory of Kathryn to the Wounded Warrior Project, P. O.
