  Notes	John W. Howard, 60, of DeGraff, passed away Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at his home. He was born in Springfield on Feb. 9, 1954, to Mary G. Runkle Howard, who survives, and the late Harrison Howard. He also was preceded in death by two nephews, Thomas "T.J." Lewis and Scott Howard. He is survived by five children, Nichole (Russell) Krabill of West Liberty, Corilee Howard of DeGraff, Nathanael (Kylie) Howard of Urbana, Eli Howard of DeGraff and Terad Howard of Coudersport, Pa.; seven grandchildren, Abriley and Zebedee Krabill, Braxton and Kyra Griggs, Ryder Howard, Liam Dickinson and Zaidon Dickinson; four siblings, Richard (Carolyn) Howard of Mechanicburg, Patricia (Mark) Rich and Thomas (Cheri) Howard, both of Urbana, and David Howard of DeGraff and several nieces and nephews. John retired in July 2014 from Laborer's District Council and Contractors 1410. He was a member of Christ Our King Church in Bellefontaine, and was well-known as the "Harmonica Man." Visitation is two hours prior to a funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, DeGraff. Burial is in Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff.
