He was born February 28, 1980, in Lewis County. Kelly was a graduate of Braxton County High School. He loved people, Lego Blocks, flashlights, and listening to the radio. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Brady Clutter. He is survived by his father, Thearl Clutter of Gassaway; stepmother Alice Marie Clutter of Gassaway; stepbrothers, William, Larry, and Gary Freeman. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Pastor Jason Allen officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Chapel. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.roachfuneralhome.com. Arrangement by Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway.
