Kobasko Cook; his parents, Kenneth R. Sr. and Pauline Ruth Cook of Moundsville; two sons, David "Andy" Cook and Brian "Alex" Cook, a daughter, Katelyn M. Cook, all at home; two brothers, Kenneth Russell Cook, Jr. and his wife, Lori, of Moundsville and James Gregory Cook and his wife Kim of Moundsville; his maternal grandparents, Lute and Pauline Winland of Moundsville; several nieces and nephews. Friends received 7-9 pm Tuesday, January 6, 2004 and 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where services will be held at 1 pm, Thursday, January 8, 2004 with Rev. Michael Ream officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
