  Notes	Obituary for Wanda L. Allen Allen, Wanda L., age 86 of Moundsville, WV died Tuesday, September 10, 2013 in Mound View Health Care Center, Moundsville. She was born December 1, 1926 in Marshall County, WV the daughter of the late Frank and Georgia Neff Moffitt. She was retired from Buckheimer and Marx Toy Company; and was a member of Moundsville Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Allen; four brothers, Herman, Jack, Herbert, and Dick Moffitt; and three sisters, Marie "Tootie" Ankrom, Mary Bell Woods, and Anna May Moffitt. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, John G. Allen; four sons, Robert (Francee) Allen of Limestone, Rick (Karen LeMasters) Allen of Moundsville, Ronald "Jim" (Cathy) Allen of Limestone, and Paul (Madelyn) Allen of Proctor; a sister, Jane Thompson of FL; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville where funeral services will be held Friday at 11am with Rev. J. Thomas Steele officiating. Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard.
