He was a retired chemical engineer from Union Carbide and a member of Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church, Masonic Lodge 158 and Beni Kedem Shrine. Surviving: wife, Edna Henderson; daughters, Betty Miller of Ripley, Barbara Dondiego of Atlanta; son, James Robert Henderson of Fort Worth, Texas; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Service will be 2 p.m. today at Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Robert W. Wood officiating. Entombment, with Masonic rites by Lodge 158, will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Cross Lanes. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church. Wilson Funeral Home, Charleston, is in charge of arrangements.
