  Notes	Icie Sue Cogar, 78, passed away surrounded by her loving family Monday, May 18, 2020. She was born August 24, 1941 in Webster Springs, West Virginia to the late Virgil and Goldie (Alkire) Clevenger. In December of 1964, she married the love of her life, Gale A. Cogar and together the settled in Grafton and raised their wonderful family. Sue had a deep faith and was saved by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was an active member of Faith Baptist Temple in North Ridgeville, for 30 years and was proud to have taught Sunday school for 15 years there. An avid gardener, Sue also loved to travel, especially wintering in Lake Wales, Florida. Anyone who knew her would tell you that she was always happiest spending time with her beloved children and grandchildren. She was the heart of their family and any gathering centered around her warmth. Sue is survived by her loving husband, Gale A Cogar; sons, James (Theresa) Cogar and Scott (Diane) Cogar; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law Julie Coon and Janette Cogar; along with a host of loving friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Michael and Kevin; grandson, Kyler Cogar; sisters, Hazel Cogar, Sylvia Clevenger and brother, Frank Clevenger. Due to the current health pandemic the family will hold a private burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Please take a moment to think of Sue and celebrate her life.
