  Notes	Harold Cogar, 87, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully at 9:25 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019. Harold was born Feb. 2, 1932, in Diana, West Virginia, to Silas and Pearl (Hamrick) Cogar. Harold was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He married Janice Brown March 4, 1967. He and Jan started a family and had three wonderful daughters that drove him crazy. They spent time with the girls camping and fishing. He worked 30 plus years as a laborer in construction and finally retired in 1987. He and Jan started a busy craft business until he became a snowbird in 1995. He spent many years traveling to Florida, spending time with his brother and sisters. Jan joined him in 2002. He is survived by his wife, Jan; his three daughters, Deborah Dawn (Tim) LaTonzea of Columbus, Kimberly Sue Cogar of Tiffin and Krista Lynn (Joel) LeMaster of Columbus; seven grandchildren, Sam LaTonzea, Alyssa LaTonzea, Gage Swander, Mason Swander, Noah Swander, Carver LeMaster and Katie LeMaster; and three sisters, Bertie Clifton of Tiffin, Linda (Wally) Ringeisen of Port Orange, Florida and Janice (Dale) Johnson of Fremont. Harold loved spending time with his grandkids. He was very active in their everyday lives. He would take them to the park, go for bike rides, and play catch. He never missed a birthday party or baseball game. Harold was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Dan Cogar, Waymen Cogar, Coleman Cogar, and Ralph Cogar; and two sisters, Lola Tracy and Bethel Frame. The funeral for Harold will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin. Burial will follow at Seneca Memory Gardens
