  Notes	John L. Kellogg, 77, of Meridian, died at St. Luke's in Meridian on Sunday morning the 8th of July, 2012. John was born in Nevada. His family moved to Idaho when he was six years old. He graduated from Meridian High School in 1953. He was blessed with four children, Dale, Rhonda, Gina and Donald. John met Mary Simmons in 1997 and married her in 2000. Together they have resided in Meridian welcoming their children and five grandsons, Justin, Devon, Ethan, Joshua and Josiah, six granddaughters Camile, Chandiss, Karissa, Chantel, Angeleena and Desirae, and six great-granddaughters, Ellie, Zariyah, Jolie, Ashlyn, Kenzlie and Haidyn. His brothers, Ray and Ricky, sister Mary and her family also visit often. He was loved and appreciated by Mary's family as well as many friends and neighbors, and will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Carl, and son, Dale. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 14th, 2012 at the Cole Valley Christian School, 200 E. Carlton Ave., Meridian. Burial to follow at Meridian Cemetery. Please share a pot luck lunch with us immediately thereafter at the Cole Valley Christian School. Personal time for family and friends will be Friday, July 13th from 5-7 p.m. at Bowman Funeral Home, 5525 N. Glenwood St., Garden City.
