  Notes	Marianne Welch, age 58 of Wapakoneta, died at 11:04 a.m., Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at St. Rita's Medical Center, with loving family members surrounding her bedside. She was the daughter of Morris and Juanita Leffel, who survive. She married Kel L. Welch, who was her devoted husband and compassionate caregiver during her illness of 2 years and 8 months. Marianne graduated in 1977 from Wapakoneta High School and was a member of the Buckland United Church of Christ. She had worked for 23 years at Superior Metal Products and 9 years at Dana Corporation. She was also a member of the UAW 1769. She loved camping at Sun Valley Camp Grounds. Her talents included cooking and baking, especially her black raspberry pies. Survivors also include her children, Stephanie Hardison, Kel Curtis (Jeana) Welch, and Kendall Welch; siblings include Lynette (Ted) Rupert, Neil (Cheryl) Leffel; grandchildren, Asiah, Christopher, Amyah, and Bobby; mother-in-law, Vivian Welch; father-in-law, Farrell (Phyllis) Welch; sisters-in-law, Kerrie (Steve) Picker, Jackie (Greg) Plaugher; Jeanie (Bill) Szipple; Joyce Daldos, Shelia (Donnie) Moore; brothers-in-law, Kent (Karen) Welch; and Farrell (Amaris) Welch. Burial in Buckland Cemetery.
