  Notes	William Robert (Bobby) Webber, 78, Salem and formerly of Low Moor, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem. He was born October 16, 1939 in Clifton Forge to the late Harry Ray Webber and Elizabeth Mildred Taylor. Working in hydraulics all his life, his training started at Westvaco in Covington, was currently an engineer at Salem Hydraulics and a member of the Salem Presbyterian Church He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jeanette Coulson Webber; two daughters Vicki (Terry), and Cathy; a son Mike; three grandchildren; two sisters, Patricia (Donald) Wirt and Lucille (Richard) Cruise and three nephews. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home with Reverend Lisa Marshall officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Cemetery, Low Moor.
