Pat was born on February 13, 1964 in Fairfax, VA, the son of Gaynell and Mark Bartleson of James Island, SC and Dennis F. Love, Sr., of Donaldsonville, GA. He attended Ft. Johnson High School and was a member of Ft. Johnson Baptist Church. Pat was a driver for PTI. He enjoyed golf, baseball, playing pool, NASCAR, fishing, and most of all, spending time with friends and family and talking on the phone. If Pat met you, you were a friend for life. Pat leaves behind: his son, Patrick "PJ" D. Love, Jr., of Rockwell, NC; his wife, Sherry Love of Ohio; three step-children: Chant, Mike and Amy Ferguson of Ohio; mother and step-father, Gaynell and Mark Bartleson of James Island; father: Dennis Love of Donaldsonville, GA; four brothers: Dennis F. Love, Jr., of James Island, Keith A. Bartleson of James Island, Christopher B. Love, Sr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Kevin L. Bartleson of Summerville; two sisters: Deborah Powers Krantz of Orlando, FL and Kim Whittaker of Summerville; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and grand nieces; and long time friends, Butch Bloodworth of James Island and Mike Garner of James Island. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Michael D. Love, paternal grandparents, Frances and Dorsey B. Love and grandparents Gayle and Nell Kelly.
