  Notes	Candi Sue Foreman Miss Candi Sue Foreman, 8, Tucson, Ariz., a former resident of Van Wert, O., and great-granddaughter of a former Wren, O., resident, died Tuesday morning at her residence. She had been ill one month. She was born in Van Wert on June 19, 1967, the daughter of Terry L. and Pamela Lee Wright-Foreman. Survivors include the father of Van Wert and her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. James Beegle, Tucson. Also surviving are the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wright, Tucson; Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Foreman, Van Wert; the great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Foreman, Van Wert, and the great-grandmother, Mrs. Helen Clifton, Van Wert, a former resident of Wren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert. Burial will be in the Woodlawn cemetery, Ohio City, O. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
