  Notes	Anna R. Frail, 91, of 925 W. High St., died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Rita's Hospital where she had been a patient for eight days. Mrs. Frail was born March 2, 1870, in Rockford. Her husband, J. Henry Frail, died in 1956. She was a charter member of High Street Evangelical United Brethren Church, the Dorcas Class of the church and the Women's Missionary club. She was a 50-year member of the WBA. She is survived by three sons, Frank, 508 Columbia Drive; O.B. (Bill), 1935 Frail Rd., and John W., 1740 Wonderlick; four daughters, Ida Frail, at home; Mrs Ethel Moyer, 1128 W. High St., Mrs Ruth Placie, 635 Cornell Drive, and Mrs. Dorothy Brown, Chicago, Ill.; a brother Ben C. Frysinger, 409 N. Central; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Custer, 2316 Adgate; 24 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in High Street United Brethren Church, the Rev. Glenn A. Crabtree officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Siferd Westwood Chapel from today until 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Richard Frail, Donald Frail, Darrell Frail, Robert Placie, John Moyer and James Brown.
