  Notes	Service for Harley Evans, 59, of Birch River, Nicholas County, who died Tuesday at his home after a long illness, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Birch River Baptist Church with Rev. George Griffith officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Mill Creek. He was a coal miner and a member of Birch River Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Flow; four sons, Lawrence of Cleveland O., James F. of Akron O., and Kermit and Jerry, both at home; 11 daughters, Mrs. James Brown, Mrs. Virgil Hoover, and Mrs. Earl Campbell all of Birch River; Mrs. Edward Kniceley of Barberton, O., Mrs. Darrell Rose of Sutton; Mrs. Charles Brown of Elyria, O., Misses Joan, Janice, Elizabeth, Debra Lynn, and Paulette, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Andy Evans of Cowen, four brothers, Richard of Tesla; Fred of Sutton, Austin and Ezra of Worthington: three sisters, Mrs. Joseph Quickle of Farmington; Mrs. Josephine Beam of Cowen, and Mrs. Richard Riffle of Phoenix, Ariz.; and 24 grandchildren. The body will be taken to the church an hour before service.
