  Notes	Bonnie Gulbrandsen, 93, of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of West Islip, NY, died on Monday, January 29, 2024. Raised in Hempstead, Bonnie was the only child of Stanley and Eleanor Jackson. She graduated from Hempstead High School and worked as an Office Manager with State Farm Insurance for many years. Mrs. Gulbrandsen was an avid boater, beach goer and gardener. Mrs. Gulbrandsen is survived by her son, Kriss and his wife Lisa of Amityville, as well as five grandchildren, Stacey, Sean, Casey, Olivia and Kristofer and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank in 1995 and by two sons, Gary in 1968 and Wayne in 1989. Friends and relatives will gather 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, February 4th at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 5th at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Amityville. Interment will follow at Melville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 110 Bi-County Blvd, Suite 114, Farmingdale, NY 11735, are appreciated by the family.
