[4] Notes - Clementine (Brooks) Piper, 81, of Latrobe (Cook Township), died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved and was devoted to her family and all children. She was an active member of Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Latrobe, where she served on numerous committees and was a regular choir member for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred D. and Alta Mae (Townsend) Brooks. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Ray L. Sr.; nine children, Connie and Duane Stockberger, Ray Jr. and John Heck, Terry and Cheryl Piper, Bonnie and Gary Gross, Fred Piper and Cathy Belford, Linda and Fred Umbaugh, Paula and Theodore Adamerovich, Mark and Terry Piper, and Kimberly and Michael Nemcheck; grandchildren, Eric and Carole, Brook, BJ and Barry, Jason and Julie, Nathan and Wendy, Bonita and Jim, Josh and Lisa, Justin and Jamie, Jennifer, Angie and David, Alana and Adam, Jacob, Zachary, Justin and Jessica, Josh, Jonathan, Breanna, Marque, Chris and Chase; great-grandchildren, Nick, Elyse, Sierra, Tyler, Jessie, Alexis, Trevor, Fisher, Hunter, Connor, Caleb, Lucy, Hayden, Kendall, Piper Ray, Sydney, and Tessa; and sisters, Peggy Weaver and Shirley Newbourgh. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the L. BOYD SNYDER FUNERAL HOME INC., Church Street, Donegal. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Wayne Gillespie officiating. (Everyone please go directly to the church.) Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Cook Township. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bethel Lutheran Church Addition Fund, 647 Bethel Church Road, Latrobe, PA 15650.
