  Notes	Kathleen Harrigan Bodey, 75 of Urbana passed peacefully at her home on Friday, October 29th. She was born on August 24th, 1946 in Urbana to Joseph (Leo) and Betty (Robey) Harrigan. She went to St. Mary's School, and graduated from Urbana High School, Class of 1964. Kathy worked for the US government for many years, including being a secretary at Wright Patt AFB, a boy's school in Lancaster, OH and Director at the Champaign County Board of Elections. She was very active in the Democratic Party and loved working at the polls on election day. She was an avid sports fan, and loved watching football and baseball, as well as being a pro bowler on a league for many years where she served as Treasurer. She could remember everyone's birthdays that she ever met and never met a dog or baby she didn’t like. Survivors include, daughter, Shannan Thompson and her husband, Kevin, Granddaughters Glenna and Marley Thompson of Columbus and Megan Thompson of Cincinnati, Brother John (Patty) Harrigan and Sister Jane (Gene) Sandy, Nieces and Nephews, Michael (Meredith) Harrigan, Daniel (Heather) Harrigan, Luke (Leigh Ann Harrigan, Joseph Sandy and Katie (Jeff) Bender, Great Nieces and Nephews Ava, Luchiano, Samuel, Elijah, Jonah, Harper, Huck and Homer, and Great Aunt Maxine Robey of Columbus. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Mike Bodey and niece Gianna Harrigan. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Thursday November 4th at St. Mary Catholic Church, 231 Washington Street, Urbana. Interment will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana. Family will receive friends 5-8pm on Wednesday, November 3rd in Walter and Lewis Funeral Home, Urbana.
