He was a coal miner at Carter Roag Coal Mines and previously worked for Brooks Run Coal Company.Born December 19, 1956 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Robert Eugene Wisner, Sr and Phyllis (Clas) Wisner Henderson.In addition to his father, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Lee Wisner.Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Phyllis Henderson; his loving wife, Nettie (Cogar) Wisner; son, Cody Lee Wisner and his wife, Autumn; daughters, Amber Marie Cogar and Amanda Irene Wisner-House; and his pride and joy, his granddaughter, Aubrey Skye.A memorial service will take place 7pm, Saturday June 13, 2015 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with the Reverend Brandon Moll officiating.Friends may join the family for a visitation from 5-7 on Saturday.
